Important Updates to Product Support
To provide you with more focused and efficient support, Softproviding AG has significantly enhanced its support services.
Our product support team remains available to assist you with any questions related to standard functions and transactions of the food solutions via the “SAP for Me” portal. This ensures that your product-related inquiries are handled quickly and competently.

The individualized customer support (to be known as AMS Support) will provide targeted assistance in the following areas:
- Error messages
- Programs developed in the customer namespace
- Functions customized in the customer namespace
- RAF applications
- DGA applications
- DPS: Cockpit evaluations and functions
- Requests for new changes
- Requests for other individual topics
Until now, your messages were processed internally via email, which sometimes made it difficult to track their status and history. Our new ticketing system offers full transparency and an easy-to-use overview of all your requests.
Messages created via the web portal are managed within the Softproviding AMS support organization and assigned to the appropriate resources. This gives you the advantage of being able to keep track of all your requests and their processing status at any time.
Our new system meets the highest standards of data protection and IT security, in accordance with msg Group guidelines and German data protection regulations.
We plan to roll out the new system in phases by January 1, 2026. In the coming weeks, you will receive an invitation to a joint session where we will share more detailed information.
