SAP Gold Certificate for Enterprise Support Integration

 

 

We proudly announce that Softproviding has been awarded the SAP gold certificate for enterprise support integration. The software components under certification are SAP Meat and Fish Management by msg and SAP Dairy Management by msg. Softproviding is one of only two SAP partners who have received that certification this year – testimony to the outstanding performance of our support team.

A software application that is SAP certified for enterprise support involves the partner’s onboarding on SAP’s incident management infrastructure for customer incident processing. Partner support is integrated with the SAP Global Support Backbone as well as Joint Customers, and confirms best practices support processes, SLAs, and escalation procedures according to SAP Enterprise Support standards, as well as Customer and SAP empowerment.
